The history
of Shanghai Edge Light Industry Co., Ltd
In 1999
Founded in 1999, Shanghai Edge Light Industry Co., Ltd
integrates production, development and sales, and is the first
LGP developer and manufacturer using digital printing technology
together with web printing technology. Our products are mainly
exported to Japan, America and other developing countries.
In 2001-2002
Using the theory of the liquid crystal display and adopting the
technology of backlight, our company developed Slim Light Boxes
independently. AF4 clip type whose frame is aluminous is the
first type of slim light boxes introducing the energy-saving and
environment-protecting sense, and also the first energy-saving
and environment-protecting slim light box in China. AF4 type
slim light box was widely welcomed by the advertising industry,
equipment industry and also the lighting industry after we bring
it to the market, and we got excellent sale gradually.
In 2003
Our company is first manufacturer of laser dotting LGP globally.
Using the laser method and backlight source theory, we developed
system operating software independently and mass-produce laser
dotting LGP successfully. At present, the laser-dotting LGP have
a number of patented technologies. Also, quality and technology
have been in a leading position in the world all the time. The
laser-dotting LGP has an obvious advantage over the traditional
silk-screen technology for that we increase its brightness
greatly, and it is environmental-protection without printing ink
and economic without making molds. In all, the laser-dotting LGP
which is labor-saving realizes the numerial control (NC)
operation.
In the same year, our company developed many types of slim light
boxes’ frames. Making the laser-dotting LGP become an important
part of slim light boxes, we independently developed and
produced seven kinds of slim aluminous light boxes. AF1: desk
type; AF2 and AF6: clip type; AF3: housing type; AF5: hanging
type, double viewing sides; AF7: clip type, double viewing
sides. All the slim light boxes including AF1, AF2, AF3, AF4,
AF5, AF6 and AF7 have beautiful appearance, even and gentle
brightness, and have energy-saving ability, so they are welcomed
widely by customers. The appearance of aluminous slim light box
increased the popularity of the “EDGELIGHT” brand and
consolidated the leading position in the same industry all over
the world.
Adopting the laser-dotting LGP, we developed ABC --- resinous
frame slim light box and brought out PF1, PF2 and PF3 type slim
light boxes. With the fashionable appearance, colorful frame and
various designs, this kind of slim light boxes embody the theory
of super thinness, super lightness, and energy-saving ability.
With the development of our company, we began to manufacture in
large scale. Having an excellent quality and being used easily,
our products are widely used in the advertising industry and
equipment industry.
In 2004
We created our own brand formally and applied for the protection
of intellectual property rights aiming at developing products
independently.
We developed AF8 and AF9 type slim light box with aluminous
frame, PF4 PF5 PF6 type slim light box with ABS resinous frame,
and CF crystal type slim light boxes. AF8: Aluminous Frame With
Magnetic Facia; AF9: Aluminous Frame With Double Magnetic Facia;
PF4 and PF6: Big Size Plastic Frame Light Box; PF5: Fashionable
Light Box on which we can write.
In 2005
Using the CNC engraving equipment, we developed the operating
software independently and V-Cutting line-drawing LGP. We can
manufacture large-size LGP with the largest size 4000*2000mm. In
this year, our company became the first manufacturer of
manufacturing slim light boxes with large-size LGP in large
scale for that we manufactured the slim light boxes with large
size massively.
In 2006
To meet the demand of market, we developed aluminous -frame slim
light boxes AF10 and AF11 with sing and double viewing sides,
which are waterproof, super thin, super light and super bright.All our products are ideal, and hold the biggest, promising
position in the advertising and equipment industry globally.Now we have had more than 60 patents, and gotten CE, ROHS
authentication and so on.
Our products are mainly used in subway station, railway station,
commerce center, bar, airport, library, market, entertainment
area, elevator, office, bank, bus station, publishing column and
also used for indoor decoration.
In 2007
Combining the LED technology with LGP processing technics, we
brought Edgelux products out. Edgelux products were welcomed by
customers home and abroad immediately as soon as they appeared
in the market, which widen the applied fields greatly.
In 2008
We brought out the thinnest aluminous -frame slim light box AF14
whose thinness is only 8mm.
In 2009
Shanghai Edge Light International Trade Co, Ltd was founded.
Nowadays, we are developing the newer products, making arduous
efforts by taking the theory of Shift Light Technology, and we
believe that the EdgeLight brand will brighten every part of the
world.
